Freshly decorated rooms, new carpets and beds which were soooo comfy!! Staff were very welcoming and even went the extra mile to introduce us to other guests who were attending the same wedding as us. Lovely personal touch ❤️ Bit of a trek to get to our room but it was worth it. Really good sized room with lots of windows so lots of natural light.

We enjoyed plenty of choices for breakfast all staff we friendly helpful and cheery especially working throughout the festive period many thanks to them all . We will certainly be back and our family always stay here too when visiting inverurie . The temperature throughout the hotel was excellent given the weather it was at that time and the comfort in the room was very good it made for a good nights sleep in a comfortable bed

Good location, lovely inviting decor giving a good feeling as soon as you enter the hotel. The staff were very friendly and made us feel special. The lounge seating in the bar was extremely comfortable. We were a family group of three adults. We ordered different meals, and each said that their choice was excellent.

Service was good but not sure they are used to serving gluten free meals as they were not sure about the breakfast cereals and no toast was offered. The evening menu did mark what was gluten free.

From the moment we arrived we fell in love with this well kept hotel. Our room was lovely and the bed lush. Lovely choice of wood fittings throughout give it a more remote lodge feel along with a very laid back atmosphere. All the staff where lovely and they felt very much like new friends upon leaving. It's certainly a home from home for us and we've already booked to return

The room was pleasant, clean and functional with a good selection of channels on the TV. Breakfast was an additional cost to the room rate - around £12 which seemed fair - however as I normally only have a very light breakfast I did not use this option. I didn't use the restaurant. The location was perfect for my needs. The staff I met were pleasant and helpful and they fulfilled a variety of roles.

It was the most unexpected stay ever. The cleanliness, the welcoming and accommodating staff especially the receptionist on duty was over and above 5 stars. I cannot even say how impressed I had been with the interior of the facilities. The maintenance inside is up to date, so clean in every area, super comfy beds and fantastic linen and bedding! It had been an absolutely amazing stay!

Very nice breakfast, plenty of tea, coffee and milk available in room, just over a mile walk to town centre. Pleasant location. Hotel staff are friendly.

Great welcome from the staff, who maintained there friendly but professional manner throughout our stay, in an extremely busy period due to storm Gerrit. The hotel room was very comfortable and the food was excellent,(cooked to order by only one chef). The hotel was full and so was the resturant. The hotel is pet friendly and made our dog welcome too. Loads of parking and nice park opposite to walk the dog.
